PORT ORCHARD, WASH. — Kitsap County prosecutors won their first victory in a human trafficking trial Tuesday when a jury convicted a Port Orchard man of prostituting a young woman.
The Kitsap Sun reports 34-year-old Anthony Dewayne Parker faces at least 25 years in prison when he is sentenced Jan. 13 in superior court. (11/27/2013)
